Raising the Spirits is a further exploration into gender identity, commissioned by the Museum of Contemporary Art at Heide, Melbourne for Persona Cognita, curated by Juliana Engberg. The work is a complex exploration into gender identity, from the male, female, androgynous to the spiritual. This is possibly the last identity work I need to do. I have decided that the imaginary creates endless and constantly changing possibilities each an aspect of the self.
